Network Specialist
Max is our go-to guy for high level router configurations and troubleshooting. With an extensive background in enterprise networking, Max has untangled many complicated routing issues for our customers. His specialties are VPNs, VOIP/Data segregation, and security hardening.
Shameem Warsallee
Level II I.T. Specialist
Shameem has been with Spitfire IT since 2018. A top graduate of Mohawk College, Shameem excels at patient, competent support and assistance to our customers. Shameem's favourite challenges are printers, Quickbooks issues, and Outlook, and is up for pretty much any technical challenge we can throw at him.
Phil Kahn
Mac Support Specialist
Phil has been a Mac user since childhood and still owns his first Macintosh SE which he converted into a clock in his lounge. He begun his career working for, and later managing, the Apple Technical Answer Line in Markham Ontario. While working for Apple he received extensive training in Austin Texas and Cupertino California and created documentation for the Canadian contact centres.
